Yes, Our products are guarateed against defects in workmanship or materials for thirty days from date of reciept of item(s). Some products carry manufacturers warrenties ie: S&W, CRKT, Ka-Bar etc.Click here for more information.

What if I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet?

That's fine, simply continue through the ordering process until it asks you for a credit card number, then simply choose "check" or "phone" as a payment option and we will receive your order electronically. You can then give us your credit card information over the phone. Please advise the best time to call in an e-mail to slygear@insightbb.com or we will call during the afternoon / evening hours. Or you may send a check or money order to Sly Gear P.O. Box 71 Sullivan Indiana, 47882, and as soon your payment is processed we'll ship your order. Personal checks may take 7-10 days to clear. Orders will not ship until the check clears.

What is your Return, Exchange policy?

Returns and Exchanges: Only unworn and unwashed items will be accepted ,unless defective. Tags must not have been removed. Clothing will not be accepted for exchange, return or credit that has been "balled up" and stuffed in a box. Items covered in carpet fuzz, dog and or cat hair may be charged a cleaning fee if accepted. You may not receive credit for items that were not cared for when packaged or folded. Items for return or exchange must be declared within 10 days of receipt of item. Please contact us for an RMA number prior to return. Shipping charges are to be paid by the purchaser unless item is defective. If exchanging items, Please be sure to include a note stating what your are exchanging for along with a check or money order for the return shipping. If there is a price difference in the item(s) you are exchanging for then either deduct or add the difference in the check or money order you are sending along with your exchange. Returns, not exchanges, are subject to a ten percent restocking fee. We reserve the option to repair or replace defective items. Sly Gear has the final say on whether an item is defective or has been worn or used or even if the item was sold by Sly Gear. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, your credit card will be credited for amount of the item returned minus restocking fee if applicable. (Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.) Cancellation of an order prior to shipping still incurs processing fees by the credit card companies, These fees may be deducted from the refund. By ordering from Sly Gear you are agreeing to the terms stated on this web site. Delays in credit or exchanges may occur if an RMA number is not requested prior to returning an item. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE.

CLOTHING IS NOT FLAME RETARDANT or Bio-Hazard proof unless specifically stated otherwise. Some items have restrictions in some states. It is your responsibility to check with local authorities if you think there may be a restriction on the item you're interested in. Sly Gear and HoosierSafety.com are not responsible for items once they leave our physical control. While most orders have a tracking number, those shipped to APO, AE, AFE addresses and by Global Priority Mail and First Class Mail do not. Checks that have been returned for non sufficient funds will incur a $20.00 bounced check fee. Unresolved insufficient checks are processed as unpaid balances and forwarded to collections.
